Application

TMP01 Series manhole cover is used on tanks or containers, especially in the dairy industry, where a hygienic closeable mean of access to the interior of the tank required.

Materials

• Body Materials: AISI-304 or AISI-316L

• Handwheel: Nylon or SS304 

• Gasket Material:Silicon, EPDM, FRM

Manhole seat and gasket  comply with FDA 21CFR177.2600

Standard Design

• Available in size from 200mm to 600mm

• Standard height: 100mm, or specific height upon on requirement

• Standard thickness: 3mm

• Outward Opening

• Self-sealing double lip seal to prevent fluids spraying out.

• Max. pressure: 72psi (5bar)

• Temperature range: 14 ~ 248℉ (-10 ~ 120℃), Silicon

• Surface treatment: mirror inside, stain or mirror outside
